ok, here's the problem with WERS. too much bob dylan. if i have to hear "stuck inside of mobile with the memphis blues again" one more time, i'm going to have a serious problem. that's got to be at least four times i've heard that song in the past two weeks. thankfully, they followed that up with rilo kiley and rufus wainwright (how sad is it when i hear them accidently start playing the wallflowers (the next song on the i am sam soundtrack) and say "no, you meant track three...track three, come on guys"). but then after that, what did i get? more bob dylan! granted, a cover (of "don't think twice", an actually good dylan song...when someone's covering it), but it's dylan. jesus. is there a rule somewhere that says if you're a college radio station with a indie/folk rock morning show format you have to play x amount of bob dylan?
