easily one of the best shows ive been to. i was scared it would be all emo and stuff but it was certifiably rockin. Tons of energy. but...
Gillian Welch and David Rawlings came out for four songs in the encore. to many this might not mean anything. to me it was seeing two gods performing. absolute legends of the REAL country/folk scene. if i had only seen the four songs they played it would have been more than a great show for me. and to top it all off they started out with long black veil...good god it was awesome.
also they were ryan adams "band" on heartbreaker so that added to it as well.
