so COLDPLAY was pretty sweet. I have to refer to them as COLDPLAY since thats how it looks in logos. Cool to see them in nashville because i guess there are many nashville country people that the band idolizes. They said til kingdon come was originally going to be a duet sort of thing with johnny cash but he died before they could do it so they played that and then they did their own rendition of ring of fire. which was cool.
However, the real fun began after the band left the stage. Ben and i went to waffle house and sat down to eat where we were soon joined by two giggly stoned hippie girls from chattanooga. In addition to this our waiter was a gigantic man whose scalp looked like the surface of a brain. he also had a gold grill. So we sat and had lively conversation with said hippies and what not. Also the waiter put WHITE on my bill but it was no charge. I guess he was just pointing out the difference in our skin tones. So much for a colorless world mr. brain-head-waiter-man. then after paying, in the blink of an eye our hippie sirens vanished into the night. and so did we.
