i was just looking at old partie pics. I thought to myself how much i missed doing that. Most people would say be happy you had that experience. But looking at the pictures made me sad. Things will never be like that again in the partie scene, so alive and bright. You could walk up to anyone and they were your friend. You could wear what you want, no matter how strange or even normal and it didnt matter. It didnt matter if you were a good dancer, or a promoter, or a producer. Everyone was equal.

i get sad, not that i cant go out to those anymore, but because they dont exist and no one can experience it.

i guess thats what happens when something goes mainstream.......

in other news, i started my new job. its great.
