ROLE PRAISE ♡♥ my thread! ♥♡So I spent Christmas at the house of one of my mom's friends. Normally for Christmas, I ask my mom for a video game and a book and she buys them for me. Everyone spends a nice day together, yay, happy family time. This year for Christmas, I got about 15 things or so, including a $200 iPod Nano.
I was thrilled. Like. Best. Christmas. Ever. I'm so psyched. It was great. The kids were lots of fun. The guy my age was a drunken frat boy type, so I wasn't too sure how to interact with him, but it turned out alright. He just drank with my brother a lot.
Aaaaaah, but now I feel guilty for being thrilled. It can't be normal to get this much stuff. So much money must have been wasted. There are a few presents I definitely don't foresee myself using -- a book on motorcycles, for instance. Either way, I don't know how to respond to getting this much stuff at once. What should I play with first? The odd thing is that none of the presents were books or video games aside from the motorcycle encyclopedia. =P My mom actually hasn't bought those things for me yet, though she still will, and I feel like I'll appreciate that stuff more, even though it was incredibly nice and awesome of this family to give so much stuff.
On a side note, I really didn't foresee Kingdoms closing like that. =( Guess it's my fault for not keeping in contact with you guys over the last few weeks. I'm pretty sad . . . It was a lot of fun while it lasted . . . What should I do with Ivan and Lachesis? Any suggestions, guys?
