My cats or should I say JAG! doesn't have a fascination with water per say. He does seem to have a problem drinking out of his water bowl though. He drinks out of EVERYTHING except his water bowl actually. The toilet, the sink, the fish bowl. The weird thing is too is that I know it's not the bowl itself 'cause I changed it when I thought that might be the problem, he just doesn't like to drink out of it...
