So, I bought a unicycle on ebay and it took awhile to show up. No problem, it wasn't an unusually long time I was just eager to begin my unicycle experience. So, I waited and waited, to the point where I would get all pitifully hopeful and run to the window whenever the I heard a large vehicle going down the road, thinking it was FedEx.
Back story...My mom and me were discussing the amusingness (that's not really a word is it...) of street performers as opposed to shows that you buy tickets for, which led to talk of performers on unicycles, which led to joking about me getting a unicycle and going into business for myself delivering chinese food o.O so... after some more silliness I told her the only way that I was going to go into business using a unicycle is if she learned to juggle chainsaws and we took our show on the road...
So, yeah finally the unicycle of my dreams arrived and I proved to my mother and my sister that I had not been joking about buying a unicycle. the terrible and horrible truth about my new unicycle is that:
I AM TOO FREAKING SHORT TO FREAKING RIDE IT!!!
CURSE MY STUMPY LEGS!!!
Oh, but my mom can reach the pedals and my sister has noooo problem unicycling down the hallway! I can't believe it, it is sooooo unfair!
The good news is that my mom thinks she might be able to cut the seat down to a height that I can reach, and all my dreams won't be entirely crushed. Unfortunately, she has been busy lately and who knows when I'll be able to practice (much less ride) on my unicycle :(
