Yep, I'm back over the 100kg *sighs* I knew I would be... Stupid hormones! I really do hate being female at times... Granted it's not much over but it's enough to make me REALLY cranky at myself.

So I'm still on Phase One of my ketogenic diet (it's kinda like the Atkins Diet but with less fat & caffeine). My nutrionist has indicated that she expects at least a 2kg loss over this fortnight and she doesn't want to see ANY carb/sweets/caffeine in my food diary for those two weeks. I reminded her that I'm a caffeine addict so I'm now allowed to have one unit of caffeine every 2nd day (apparently 1.25L/2L doesn't count as a unit either *pout & giggle* No harm in trying right?). The really killer of Phase One is that I can't eat any fruit... It's DRIVING ME NUTS!!! I NEEEEEEEED AN APPLE! *expells a large breath* Oh well, it's only two weeks.... So in addition to all the other running around I've got this weekend I need to map out all my meals/snacks to make sure I stick to this bloody diet properly... The kicker is that I did it perfectly the 1st time around & now I'm just being a twat! I was dropping 3kgs a fortnight when I did this the 1st time around... DAMN YOU CHRISTMAS WITH YOUR TEMPTING TREATS *wrinkles nose* Who am I kidding, I'm totally to blame for this. I need equal measures of will & won't power.

Ah well... Hopefully I won't let my nutrionist down *crosses fingers*
