I've been feeling super frustrated with my dancing lately - I am so ridiculously OUT OF SHAPE, my stamina is non-existant, my balance is shite and I've just generally been feeling... blerg. I've been BORED with all my music, so much so that I've been unable to even really care

Which mizmar piece was it that gave you the lightbulbs? I may mock it, but I do love a bit of mizmar, even though I know everybody else doesn't.

This may want to make you roll your eyeballs, but... it's a piece called Mazamir Holiday from the Neena & Veena CD. *blushes*

It took me quite some time to warm to full-on mizmar, I must admit. May as well get my future students used to it as soon as possible, eh? >o)
