(no subject)
so my power cord for my computer died around 9pm last night...thank god for having a spare and for the problem not being something worse. (I am actually quite proud of myself for not flying off the handle in frustration when my computer would not turn on. If anything I felt a sense of relief, that I had a very tangible excuse to be able to ask for an extension. I think I'm too tired to be angry at this point; wholly depressed, but not angry.) This means, however, it's 5am, and I am only just now going to get back onto my papers. (I've been working on my astrophysics instead but only have half of it done-ish. ) I've pretty much been up since 7:30 am Wednesday, save a few naps. I will be so glad when I can leave this term. But god only knows when that will actually be...thanks to that stupid project that I have no idea what I'm supposed to do for it. At least the papers I have a decent start on and can see what to do (whether I can do it is another story). For them I have hope...for the project, an extension. For all of those, I have 9 hours. All right, left off enough time, back to work.
