Well, it might be really simple, but I would roast up some red potatoes to go with the chicken. I love potatoes with rosemary!

I have no idea about Brown Sugar Chicken. It sounds delicious, though.

roasted veggies go SO well with chicken. you just dice a bunch up (i use carrots, zucchini, broccoli and squash)and roast in the oven for about 20 mins. if you like your carrots and squash softer, then parboil them first.

on that note! cook squash. any kind. cut in half, scoop out seeds. put some butter (or oil or whatever) and wrap tight in foil and bake for about an hour. MMM.

my fallback is couscous. i love it, its easy and you can easily flavor it however you want.

I know we've got carrots, but I don't think we've got any of the rest of that. Drat. I'll have to hunt around.

I would serve some sort of pasta as either a sidedish or as a bed to put the chicken on top of. Yummo!
