Continued STRICT weight watchers.

EXERCISE
January 10th, 2011 - 30 minutes Hip Hop Abs
January 12th, 2011 - Ran a mile (all I have time for in the damn morning!)
January 13th, 2011 - 30 minutes Hip Hop Abs
January 14th, 2011 - 30 minutes Hip Hop Abs

WEIGHT LOST - 4lbs

NSV (non-scale victory) - complimented on losing weight. Favorite jeans sort of fell down!

IMPROVEMENTS
Need to quit STOPPING then RESTARTING my Hip Hop Abs routine and stay on it!! So inconsistent, it bothers me!
