My Birthday weight loss challenge! :)

Hey!

If you follow me on Twitter you already know that I want to do a weight loss challenge for myself.

There are 14 weeks until my 32nd birthday and I have a goal of losing 30lbs by then. If I stick to what I'm used to, then hey! The poundage should just fall right off. I know my body and know what it can do and I know I can do it.

So! I put it out there on blast that I was doing this and invited people to join. Other people seemed interested. There are, so far, a total of 12 of us.

Here's the deal.

Starting NOW you tell me how much you want to lose. You do NOT include your weight because I know that's personal to some of you. I know I'm NOT telling you how much I weigh, I don't expect you to share that info with me. If you want to, then that's fine.

Send me a DM telling me how much you want to lose by 10/29 (@mac_feisty)
On 7/22 I'll assign you a number so when you look at my spreadsheet you'll know who you are.
Weigh in on Thursdays and tell me how much you lost FOR THAT WEEK
I'll record it for you and let you know how much of a percentage you lost towards your goal :)

I'm doing this because I realize if I have to report how I'm doing to a group of people (I'll publically tweet it and post progress here) I'll have to stick to my guns!

NOTES: I'm doing weight watchers, running on the treadmill and Hip Hop Abs for now :)
