Philippine Ball

Top guns of the Filipino community here in Beijing recently sponsored the first ever Philippine Ball at Hilton Hotel last Saturday, August 25, in dazzling night of raffle draws, dance, music, food and stand-up comedy.

With hot mama, Giselle Sanchez. Here, I look like someone with a breast cancer, still on chemotherapy.

A Filipina actress, Giselle Sanchez, hosted the event with class at the beginning (in her terno) and riot when she did a stand-up comedy, in a skin-tone mini-coctail dress that showed generous amount of her cleavage which she used it to her advantage and even poked fun at her healthy boobs by pleading to everyone to buy her stand-up comedy CD for her "Breast Augmentation Foundation." Mind you, she convinced everyone that her CDs were sold-out.

With Dinah on the blue-gray carpet.

Attendees of the event were mostly foreigners with high-powered epithet at the end of their names. A lot of them, too, married Filipina women. It was a formal event where mostly were garbed in suit and some are in barong tagalog, a traditional long sleeve shirt for Filipino men. I joined the suit craze minus the necktie and tuck-in shirt. I don't wanna show my virgin, supple ass.

The Fang Yuan Nanli Residents, except, the white guy.

Guess, who went first on the dance floor? Of course, it's me. The lead singer of the band came to my table at the further end just to fetch (or rather snatched) me to start the dancing chuvaness to the tune of a classic Filipino dance stuff (I forgot the title) followed by the ever gay anthem, "Dancing Queen" which I danced with Dinah who I seduced to come to the dance floor. There were only two of us outhere swinging our butts and criss-crossing our feet to the swing steps with a bit of embarrasment on Dinah's side. Not me, of course. Hehehehe....

Right after that, a familiar song filled the air, Gloria Gaynor's, "I Will Survive." I thought it was again my show but in 45 seconds, the dance floor was filled with flying arms and legs. I instantly became a star without glitter (a.k.a. Bituing Walang Ningning). ;)

And the night party began.....
