So I’m more upbeat today. Yay! Still looking for summer work. I went to an agency yesterday and they said they had something temporary but it wouldn’t start until next month. Anyway, I've been obese (by the medical chart standards) since I was 12. Back then it was only by 40 pounds. What I wouldn't give to be only 40 pounds overweight today. Now, it's more like 140. Scary. I always said, "I'll never let myself get that fat." Now it's just out of control. Enough about me.
I think your goal of running a mile in 10 minutes is a good one. If you are already able to do it in 11:30 minutes, then you are off to a great start. I've never been able to do it in less than 20, so congrats. I wish you much success.
