So one sneaky thing my trainer did was have me do the very first workout we ever did together, without telling me that's what he was doing. What took me an hour on the first go and left me *shaking*, took me only 20 minutes, and my reaction, wow, is this an easy day or something?
An amazing reminder of how far we come so quickly. The human body is amazing.
(And I bet he looks better less pumped up. Body builders can take it too far sometimes.)

I really liked this workout. Strength and kick-my-ass cardio all in one!
Wayne looked pretty good when he was competing. Balanced, well defined without being overboard. But the abs... omg, wow. He still has the look without it being too much.
