"Sermon"
I received this email on December 27th from none other than my father's mother:
"Katrin, you are probably not going to like me but I tell you this because I love you and want you to have a good life.
As a child, you and I had a discussion about how people were judged. Right or wrong it still happens. You want to enter the American University Ph. D. program, right? Don't you think they want people of good character??? Posting that you got "thoroughly drunk" on Christmas Day is not exactly what I would expect of a person with good character and I am disappointed with you. Be a good example for your siblings
