1 - WHAT OTHER REASON NEED THERE BE. I will never get sick of those goggles. And as said before, that expression, with his mouth open and his hands that way, an excellent combination of portrayal. A definite 'wtf' for him, poor boy.
2 - Poor girls ;A; I like the fact that as sad a day as this is for Minnie, Daisy totally understands and is upset too, a real friend. I also like how she's brushing her hair, I've always enjoyed scenes with girls tending to each other hair... idk why, I always feel it's so comforting and bonding. And, obligatory, maybe even unnecessary at this point, but OUTFITS OUTFITS HOW I DO SO LOVE WHAT YOU COME UP WITH FOR OUTFITS. The frills, the long dress, the clip for Daisy's hair... they're so lovely and fitting for them, just adoring them. they're beautiful even when they're sad.
3 - DON'T CRY, MINNIE ;A; aghhhh i can hear 'The Show Must Go On' song from Moulin Rouge playing as I see this, especially the line "I'll top the bill! I'll earn the kill! I have to find the will to carry on with the show!" I love the way her hair was done, with the flowers and the bun, her timid bouquet, and that tear! That single solitary tear! It's more than enough to break my heart.
I don't even know what's going on but he's obviously dumbfounded by what he's seeing, poor Mick. Minnie's probably gone and gotten herself into some kind of mess.
I imagine Daisy was just trying to talk Minnie out of the marriage in the last scene, telling her that they can just escape now, find Mickey and then the two of them can run away, but Minnie keeps telling her it's hopeless/that she can't do that; making up excuses. Daisy backs off, respecting Minnie's wish to drop the subject but is of course forming a plan in her mind.
OMG that song, I shed a few tears when that song played. So sad ;A;
I've always thought Minnie deserved to look pretty for her wedding (whether it's to Mickey or some weird wedding to someone else which gets interrupted by Mickey anyways so she can marry the right guy). I adore the little wedding statues and pictures they make but he dresses are always so plain and simple to me...which is pretty but I'd like to see her in something more elaborate or something sexy or something other than a white/long ver. of her normal dress with a white bow...ok now I'm rambling too.
