cause I wanted to play with my watercolor paints

Watercolor! Minnie -this looks so much better in rl; the scanner totally washed out the colors so I had to adjust this in PS- ready to dance the night away. For some reason I keep thinking of the song Teenage Dirtbag by Wheatus. Just a High Schooler Mickey thinking about the girl in his english class (and music and science cause in all great teen movies like those the couple always have more than one class together) and how cute she is and how he wished she didn't already have a boyfriend (who is a a terrible jock type, probably portrayed by Mortimer, Minnie why are you dating him?). Mickey tries to get close to Minnie (with the help of his friends of course) and at some point they even become close friends but Mortimer always gets in the way like the jerk he is. Eventually Mickey catches Mortimer cheating on Minnie with other girls and wants to warn her but doesn't want to hurt her at the same time cause he genuinely thinks she's happy with Mortimer. So eventually prom night comes and he's sitting at the group's table (Goofy [I think he'd be the clever and all knowing guidance counselor with advice that seems to fit every situation] chaperon here is of course dancing with Millie (another teacher) and Donald and Daisy are flirting by the punch bowl). He sees Mortimer walking in with another girl and is surprised she's not Minnie. Worried for her he gets up to search for her only for her to tap him on the shoulder. She explains that she kinda figured out that Mortimer was cheating on her on her own and dumped him. Mickey apologizes cause he knew and was too afraid to tell her but she shakes her head and says she knows he was just thinking about her and that she likes (loves) that about him. So after some awkward smiles and blushing Minnie finally asks him if he wants to dance...I'm terrible at story telling but that's the image in my head.
