I'm unhappy. So, for those who don't know, this spring I joined a color guard for the parade season (we marched in the three new york pride parades - Queens, Brooklyn and Manhattan) and it was AWESOME!!!
So I was SOOOOO looking forward to indoor season. I mean, I haven't worked with an indoor guard since winter of 2003, and I haven't been in a guard since senior year of high school (1998).
But today I got an e-mail from the Guard Director, saying he got offered a position to run a scholastic guard for the indoor season, so decided to not run the guard for this winter.
GAHH!!!
