Shawn's Life Update #x (x being a number I don't know cause I'm lazy)
So yeah, I haven't updated LJ in a while, and I felt kinda guilty. I mean, what will people who know me do without regular updates of my life!! WHAT? WHAT?!?!? :D
So a couple of months ago, I joined this website thingy called Plurk. It's like Twitter, only not Twitter (not being a member of Twitter, I can't do a compare/contrast type thing). Once you've got a good number of people in your network, it's a good way to pass the day at work. (if anyone here is on Plurk, tell me your name and I'll friend you, or you can friend me, my name is Widdershawns)
I'm trying to overcome my inertia and actually look for another job. I'm really not happy with the company I work for. I know this is the way it is in Corporate America, but this company has just shown a blatant disreguard for their employees, as well as acting like complete asshats, that I feel I should at least start looking. (note to self: redo resumé)
On the plus side, it's beautiful and warm today, and I'm heading out in a minute to go to Union Square for lunch and soaking up sun/converting Vitamin D, and maybe go to Sephora and pick up this interesting shaving kit. Woo!!
