Enterprise come in. Enterprise do you read me? Keptin? Mr Spock? Lieutenant Uhura? Sulu? This is Ensign Chekov calling for assistance. I am currently in some place I do not know and I believe my comm is malfunctioning. Was there transporter malfunction Mr Scott? The calculations were correct, da? Does anyone know the current star date? Last full date I remember clearly is Stardate 2258.42 - Keptin told Doctor McCoy to ‘buckle up’.
[He looks around his room, sighing and muttering under his breath in Russian, roughly saying “why me” and “not enough vodka in the whole of space”.]
If anyone knows our currrent position and co-ordinates then please contact me. I am Ensign Pavel Chekov but you may call me Chekov. If anyone knows anything about transporters, astrophysics, stellar cartography or if you are engineering type person then I would wery much like to hear from you so I can fix my communicator and this chronometer. It has some small problem vith shooting sparks vhen I try to take off.
Oh! Also, I am human and Starfleet officer serving as navigator for U.S.S Enterprise from United Federation of Planets and I am from Russia originally. I speak English and Russian and the curses Sulu taught me in Japanese and strange things Keptin has said that make Uhura pinch her face up and make Mr Spock raise his eyebrows.
