Whoo-hoo! I think I am getting a little faster. I felt pretty good once the ride was done, but boy, I sweated like a sweating thing. I kept my heart rate under pretty good control, and every time I pushed out past level 3, I corrected to get it back to my training level. So doing good, getting a little better, working at getting some saddle time under my belt. Still haven't gotten out to look at new bikes, what with the weather and all. Maybe next weekend!
