Whew! We are looking for something to hold all our DVDs/Console Games/Computer Game Boxes - since Mike and I like movies a lot and Mike is very much a gamer, it needs to be something fairly substantial. We decided to drive down to Ikea since they tend to have better quality items for the money than other stores offering similar stuff.
HOLY HELL that store is huge.
We found a bookshelf that will work for our purposes, but the box was too tall/long to put in the car reasonably, so we're ordering it online. We also found a little desk for my laptop, but it's going to live in the trunk of the car until I organize the den better and we find it a permanent place.
Anyhow, HUGE interesting store, we even did some unplanned dining set shopping (we don't have one), which we didn't even plan to check into until I had a job.
