I made it to Twin Cities Pagan Pride today. It was much easier to find the parking this year than it was at last year's venue! I got there right at 10 (just in time for opening ritual) and didn't leave until after the closing ritual. I got to several interesting workshops (actually I booked myself fairly solid and didn't have the time I wished I did to check out the entertainment and vendor room... or do silly things like eating lunch!). I even got to be proud of myself for not freaking out when I wasn't entirely sure how to get back to the freeway to get home. I found it with no trouble. :)
I'd like to be active in the pagan community in the cities (I'd say more active, but in Fargo there's not so much FOR pagan community as far as I'm aware), and grabbed several flyers for organizations and events to start exploring where would be the place to start with that. I was amused (and amazed) that the lady at the CUUPS table vaguely remembered me (Jennet introduced us at last year's PPD I think), so we chatted for a minute, but I didn't catch her name. I'm thinking I'll go to their Samhain.
