Not A Bad Day...
Today I woke up like I always do whenever I have to go to FIU. Got up at 7:30am, got dressed and ready and went off to school to catch my 9:30am class...Java Programming *shudders*. Since we're taking our first test on Wednesday, the teacher was kind enough to make us a review so that we can take home and study. I've been practicing a bit because that's the only class im having trouble with as of now.
After that, I headed on over to my Psychology class which starts at 11:00am. We were supposed to take a test today but the teacher post-poned it until next Monday, so that was a big relief. I guess this whole Hurricane Jeanne thing wasn't so bad after all. Since we didn't have to take the test, there wasn't anything planned for the class session so she let us go early. Since I have Kris and David for that class, we decided to go to the library and study a bit together until my 12:30pm Algebra class started.
We brushed up a bit on our Psychology and then David and I had to head on over to Algebra since we also have that class together. We had taken a test in that class last week and we received our scores today. I got an 82/100 which is not bad seeing as how I didn't take any notes or study since what we are doing now I did in the Summer term. I went over the test and was satisfied with my grade. Time flew by pretty quick considering it's a 3 hour Algebra class.
So then came my 3:30pm English class and arrived on time. The students waited for the teacher until he came so that we can begin class. Turns out that he also let us go 10 minutes into class since only about 15 students out of 30+ showed up. He had an activity planned for us that day that he wanted the whole class to participate in, but it didn't work out. Nobody minds leaving class early so no one said anything or complained. Since that was my last class of the day, I just took off and went home.
Pretty much today flew by since 2 of my classes were dismissed extremely early. Maybe next time it'll happen again with ALL four classes. Hey, you never know?
