I've met that sack of shit at Burke st. Pizza before, and he is nothing more than a self-absorbed asshole....who was drunk. The biggest shame in this whole ordeal is that he didn't die in the wreck.

I mean, it blows my mind that he has the balls to say all this shit. He made the choice to get in his car and drive home -- the victim didn't choose to be hit by a car. Tolly Carr should be on his fucking hands and knees asking for forgiveness. Instead he's asking for money and PEOPLE ARE FUCKING LISTENING TO HIM. It's times like these that I can't believe God doesn't just throw a big Zeus-type lightning bolt down and blow up the whole earth because HUMANS ARE SO UNBELIEVABLY STUPID.

It doesn't hurt that he's a local personality...or black. At work, this one guy quipped that if he was the one who hit that dude, the trial would have already been over by now. Why do we treat "celebrities" so differently?

Yeah! I'm just telling myself that the general public will realize what a complete piece of shit he is and not buy into his ridiculous pity-party. I pray I'm right!

It's all about how the media paints it; since he's one of their own, you're going to see more and more pro-Tolly atonement bullshit, less normal coverage. We wouldn't even be talking about this if he wasn't somewhat known...maybe the best way to deal with it is to ignore it?

Probably, I guess. I just feel like he needs an extra kick in the balls for thinking his noteriety can make people forget that his stupidity and selfishness ended an innocent person's life.

Hm, I wonder what this would be like if a white dude had killed a black dude.
