Hi guys! I'm at work today, and I wanted to let you know that the signing went without a hitch. We got to the bank early yesterday to get the Cashier's check for our closing. We went into the office at the mortgage side of the bank that handles the closing, and had the lady who works there go through what each of the documents mean, and sign, sign, sign. I asked some questions and Andy told me that he pretty much just signed everything I handed to him. I do better under pressuer, I think. After signing, we got to meet the young looking former owner who was named Nicole. She fell into some money the realtor had told us earlier. Wish I could fall into some money.
After signing, we ran over to the house, and put the water softer in the basement. We will get that installed next week.
Now this week, every night we will bring loads over. And on the weekend, we will have our families and friends over to help us move in. How exciting!
