I wish I had magic so I could just snap my fingers and we'd be moved. I hate moving. However, I am excited to be in the new house, so I will get through it. Anybody have great ideas on how to move easier?
I made her empty her bath room and her clothes closets and she and I loaded all of that stuff into both our cars and took them to the new house. She set up her new bathroom while I put stuff into the closets. She stayed to finish while I went back to her old house and loaded my car. Then we loaded her car and went back to the new house. This time, kitchen stuff. My dad grumbled and growled about how they were paying people to do this stuff. I just kept going and ignored him. My mother commented later that she was so glad the bathroom and kitchen stuff were all put away so early. That it was nice to get up and be able to make a pot of coffee the next day.
The other thing you HAVE to do...no matter what else---make sure your bed is put together first. All the way down to the sheets. Put someone on that right off, no matter what. Come bedtime, you are going to be so glad you did that.
Otherwise...have fun. Eat out at lunch, eat out at dinner. Best thing. Have the coffee pot where you can find it, for the next morning.
