i tried to not be my anti-social self this weekend. so. when olga (she lives across the hall from me in aiko's old room) asked me if i wanted to go out to avalon with her and a bunch of people, i said yes. turns out, i had a good time! who knew that if i stopped hiding in my room, i could have fun! lol. so jes. i'd never been to avalon before and from my visit, i have gathered a few things. the club itself was a little wack being that the lights were on in the hip hop room and there were far too many white people for it to actually be hip hop (lol) but i got groped less than webster hall. except for one big sweaty italian dude that grabbed mine and this other girl yeva's asses. but we screamed at him and he ran away, lol.
then last night i went to see this one guy play with his guitar at the knitting factory and he was actually pretty good.
so major points to me for making friends and being nice. as usual, i am in the language lab on a monday afternoon, trying to waste time.
oh! and! for my seminar III class, we have this mock trial assignment and i am the attorney for the defendent. i can't tell you how excited i am. i really am going to rock this project. booya. alright. let's go watch some spanish soap opera. bye bye.
