Setting up "base"

Quite a few of the bloggers I read on a regular basis have all been saying great things about Basecamp brought to you by the fine people at 37signals. Since project management is admittedly one of my weak points, I thought I'd give it a try to help us get more organized for daily EBSQ tasks as well as the site/biz redesign. I cannot say enough good things about this tool. It combines calendars, rss feeds, an internal quasi-blog, shared task lists, files, etc. not to mention tons of other stuff that we simply haven't stumbled onto yet. And it's nice that it's very customizable to one's own peculiar modus operandi, which makes me a happy girl.
