Better Mood With Food

I decided to up the real food introduction day a few days early and I'm glad I did. Just the slightest taste of something real and it made my mood all the better. Since it is a little early, I'm being careful but so far my new tummy seems to be handling things well. And today I managed to do some weights, light weights but it made me feel better, encouraged. I did some reading and sure enough, with weight loss, more specifically fat loss, hormones can be released which most likely sent me into my gloomy mood the other day. So I'll better prepare for that in the future.

Even with my complaining about the Oscars, I ended up watching some. I got to see a glimpse of Mads and Ellen made it rather enjoyable.
