We found a house in Olde Towne and put an offer on it. After some negotiating we got it under contract. So now we just have to make sure everything works out with the loan and the inspections and if it does we might close by the end of the month. I'm a little nervous about the house because it needs a lot of work (mostly painting and cleaning and some kitchen work) but I think it will be a good house for us. Plenty big and once we redo everything it will be way too cute and charming. It has 5 bedrooms so no one out there has any excuse not to come visit once we get it. I'll post pictures of it sometime. This also serves as a warning to all friends nearby columbus - once we close we are totally calling you all to come help us paint this monster of a house.
