So much for a safe trip

Alright guys, so up until last night we did have a very fun, very safe trip up here in NY. We have driven from our hotel in Nanuet to highland falls everyday to get up to West Point. It has been really fun, reallya amazing, and very informative. Saturday and Sunday we got to spend the day with my brother. We hung around Highland Falls for a bit then came back to the hotel room with him allowing him to take a nap since he did just get done conquering the "Beast of Basic". Yesterday after spending out time we were getting him back to campus so that he would not get in trouble for being late. Well coming off of some round about (I think it was Bear Mountain Circle) the car in front of us stopped and we had to slow down. The car behind us however didn't and we got rear ended. I hurt my neck pretty good since i was in the middle seat of the third row of a van. I got rushed away in an ambulance. My brother got taken up to post, and later got released to go see the family until 1130 so that a proper goodbye could be said since we will not be seeing him again until Thanksgiving.
In the end, I'm fine just have whiplash. I'll be fine though. I fly back home tonight and I get the next two days to sit back and relax.
