My big "update"
So now that iv gotten my previous post off my chest, I figure its time I updated you on my small corner of the world. I know its been nearly 4 and a half months. I haven't really been up to much. I go to class every morning which is 5am to 3pm. I cook all day, currently in Baking I so I'm not really doing savory dishes like I love. Its a step that I have to take though. In the short time iv been up here in Pasadena, iv taken Intro I, Intro 2, Sanitation and got ServSafe certified, as well as first aid certified. I have taken English I and aced the course. So as of last "term" I racked up a total of 22 credits in just 4 months. If we go by standard semesters ill have 33 credits by December 24th. How crazy is that!
Current GPA is 3.5
I miss you all deeply, I miss amtgard deeply. I am glad I got to come down for faire.
One thing iv noticed is living alone can be a interesting experience, theres nobody telling you how to run your life. Nobody telling you to do the dishes, or take out the trash. It kind of just needs to get done. You grow up a lot being on your own in a new city. I have plenty of friends but none of which live close enough to go out and play. It sucks, cause other than the mall or ice skating which is right across the street. There is virtually nothing to do. Iv run out of videos to watch, and I cant afford cable.
Owell I am alive, and following my feet to my dream job. I cant complain really. I am doing what I can because I must.
