My Ultimate Christmas CD Mix

I really love making mix CD's, this year I made a couple of mix CD's for friend's & family members. At first I wasn't sure I would be able to find Christmas songs that didn't suck, but low and behold, I found a plethora of joyous Christmas diddies (why does the internet not recognize this as a word?) to fill my heart with the Christmas spirit. Below is MY personal Christmas mix CD for '07 & by all means, if you have any suggestions for Christmas songs please enlighten me.

9. Welcome Christmas - Whoville Carolers (I love me some Dr. Suess)

10. Baby It's Cold Outside - Leon Redbone/Zooey Deschanel - Elf Soundtrack

11. Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas - Judy Garland (sad)

12. River - Joni Mitchell (sadder)

13. Sister Winter - Sufjan Stevens (saddest)

14. Everything's Gonna be Cool This Christmas - Eels (forget sadness, baby Jesus was born to rock!)

15. Christmas Don't be Late - Alvin & the Chipmunks (born a child of the 80's, this is pure nostalgia for me, fuck the new Chipmunks movie)
