"he offered to bite, and curled up again"

I won't be able to finish my final sculpture project because of legal matters. I planned to burns a sculpture I had built out of thin tree branches, that are 2m high, at least 1m wide. We (The teacher and I) were going to burn it in teh EMPTY Uni parking, tomorrow, when there are no cars left. The people who control the parking area and the art department ahve forbiden me to do anything of the like on there, because I could damage anything and then anyone would have the rights to do something similar next year and have worse outcomes. My teacher (The "death!"-screaming one) told me to do outside the Uni campus, but 1) the structure is too big to carry it and 2) It would be worse: if Police catch me (which is very probable, the place being full of them) I could spend a year at jail as minimun, and pay a suculent quatity of money (Which I DEFINETLY want to aboid)

I sent an e-mail to my teacher telling him that I was really frustrated and angry, but that I had done all possible things in hand in such little time, but couldn't do anything. He just answered back 5 mins ago: He said he understood, and was also frustraded (he really liked my project too), and that we'll think about solutions tomorrow.

Now I'm angrier, because he has been a wonderful teacher for me all this year, but I wont be able to carry on with this big project we had since february.
Damn you, security freaks. >:(

Edit: Confirmed: If it's potentially dangerous, it's 20-40 years at jail, and if it's not potentially dangerous, it's 4-8 years and you giving all your data so the Police can know where you are at every moment, and be tagged as a dangerous member to society and officially a pyromaniac. Crap.
