I'm usually only joking when I say Kubo Tite is like that horrible ex-boyfriend.
But like he is, for real. And I love him. (this week)
Apart from the awesome of Vol.30, ch 295 is out and it looks cool! So I've decided to give Kubo a second chance, but I've been burned y'know. even if I do love him, I think we should take it slow.
The present Bleach situation is lookin' mighty interesting.
Rukia & Chad - down for the count. Still breathing...maybe. (ATK = 0, DEF = 0, HP = 2, MP = ??)
Ishida - seems to be having trouble with his crushed organs. (ATK down 85%, DEF = 15, HP = 15, MP = 60)
Renji - recently loss the use of his right arm and got the tendon in his leg sliced (dunno which one), can't even stand up, much less hold his weapon (ATK down 95%, DEF = 20, HP = 50, MP = 12)
Ichigo - suffering from shock and blood loss, is still maintaining bankai. but this is the guy that tried to get up when the only thing holding his body together was his spine. (ATK = ??, DEF = 75, HP = 45, MP = ??)
Inoue - is unharmed and in good condition, not counting that the girl seem a bit frayed around the mental edges. (ATK = 100/ 0, DEF = 100+/ -0, HP = 100, MP = 100) Inoue's brain is currently playing through Britney Spears' "Crossroads", rather than "Girl Fight" with Michelle Rodriguez.
The kids are for the moment alright (alive) thanks to their Arrancar buddies who have taken up arms in their defense. Pesche and Dondo are skilled Fraccions, and Nel has just released - Nnoi is expected to release.
However, Nnoi has since been improved by the Hougyuku, things are not looking up. I was predicting a massive fail from the start, but it's turned into a massacre. Things can only get worse when Aizen, Gin and Tousen decide that they've seen enough.
As it is, the only hope the kids have is Inoue. Either she fights, or she negotiates, but she'll be their saviour. Or, they won't be saved.
They're protected from character death, so Kubo could write them out of the situation somehow, but the Inoue situation needs resolution. I don't believe that anyone is coming for the Suicidal Team Scooby, had hope when Shinji was shown in the "tinteblas" spread, but that's long since dulled.
I've never seen the point of Inoue staying in HM either, at this point I don't even think she's going to betray her nakama. I have more to rant about here, but I decided to stop and delete what was written. I'm not going into that.
Am watching "Jigoku Shoujo", which is actually ok. Some nice mellow goth with the usual human melodrama and fitting music. Fun for all my neurosis.
My new dream job is being a monk (or something) that tends to a really large rock garden. Have u seen pic of those? Raked to perfection, hours and hours of careful design.
Also, the ducklings were back (kinda, not really) in House. I'm watching it on USA, so I'm a week behind, I does not have teh Fox.
