Title: Troublemaker
Author: galindas_elphie
Pairing: Glinda/Elphaba
Rating: PG
Summary: Glinda is having a bit of a hard time hiding her feelings for Elphaba, a problem which the green girl finds absolutely adorable. The first fic I ever dedicated to my fabulous girlfriend, elphies_galinda. :)
Disclaimer: I don’t own Wicked. Really, who among us does?

Elphaba smiled as she pulled her love into their dorm room at Shiz. The blonde trailed behind her dejectedly, letting herself be dragged into the room before her roommate quietly closed the door. She pulled her hand out of Elphie’s and plopped herself down on her giant, pink monster of a bed.

“Really, Glinda,” Elphaba scolded softly, “this is the third time this semester. You can’t keep getting sent to Madame Morrible’s office because you can’t keep your feelings for me a secret.”

Glinda huffed, frustrated. It wasn’t her fault that the teacher just happened to catch her covering a third page in her notebook with little hearts and Elphaba’s name in her most elegant script. She ignored the green girl, pretending to study her pink painted toes.

Elphie sat down beside the blonde, taking a small hand in her own. “Glinda,” she tried again, but the smaller girl took her hand away.

“Don‘t be upset, my sweet, it’s not my fault that you get into trouble so easily.”

Glinda’s blonde head shot up, and she glowered dangerously at the green girl. “I do not,” she defended.

Elphie bit her lip to keep from smiling. “Now, my pretty,” she chided gently, “you and I both know that that’s just not true.” She was teasing now, and the blonde became even more aggravated.

Glinda let out another puff of air in exasperation, tearing her icy blue gaze away from Elphaba’s warm, chocolate one. “You’re so mean,” she whined, sulking even harder.

Elphie sighed, turning her head to look out the window at the bright, sunny day. Birds sang merrily, and one could hear the chattering of students as they passed from one class to another. A loud pop, whose origins were anyone’s guess, was followed by a sudden shriek and a bout of laughter. Before long, a loud, angry voice rumbled through the air, and the laughter dissipated. The green girl returned her attention to the current situation, peeking at Glinda through a curtain of raven hair.

Elphaba grinned, amused. The blonde looked so adorable with her golden curls playing about her pretty face, her pouting bottom lip poking out from the top one. Glinda feigned interest in her nails, playing with her hands and twisting them in and out of one another.

The green girl placed her hand behind her moping lover, bringing the other one up to brush the flaxen curls away from Glinda’s neck. She leaned down to caress the soft white skin with her emerald lips, snaking her hand in between Glinda’s. She captured one and rubbed her thumb over it gently.

The blonde sighed, letting Elphaba soothe her for a moment before pulling away again. She got up to relocate herself a few feet away from the green girl, narrowing her eyes.

“Give me one good reason why I should forgive you,” she demanded.

Elphie smiled, scooting across the bed to close the distance between herself and her sulking love. She placed her hand on Glinda’s knee, leaning in to capture the pouting lips. She trailed kisses along the delicate jawline to the blonde’s ear, whispering softly into it.

“Because you love me.”

Glinda found it hard to form a coherent sentence while her lover caressed her skin with those perfect, emerald lips. She bit her lip to keep from voicing how much she loved this, instead pursuing a less merciful approach.

“Are… are you s-sure?” the words managed to stumble past her lips; she hoped they at least made sense.

Elphie nuzzled into Glinda’s neck, kissing the skin softly. She grinned, knowing her actions were having a heady effect on the blonde even through her irritation. She wrapped her arms around the smaller girl’s waist, lifting her easily off of the bed and onto the green girl’s lap. She peppered kisses over Glinda’s eyelids, forehead, cheeks, and neck before bringing her lips to the delectably pouting ones of her love.

Glinda’s eyes dropped closed as her Elphie loved her gently, and all thoughts of unforgiveness were long gone by the time the emerald lips made it to her pink ones. She returned Elphaba’s kiss deeply, sighing softly into her mouth. She brought her small hands up to tangle in the long ebony strands of silk that hung around their faces.

The green girl smiled and removed her lips from Glinda‘s, leaning forward to kiss the hollow underneath her ear while the blonde caressed the emerald neck with her delicate pink lips.

“I’m pretty sure,” Elphie whispered.
