Earlier than expected

Today morning, when I was watching Just Shoot Me on TV, Ammi came into the room and said, "Congratulations!"
I racked my brains to think of something that Ammi would congratulate me for.. a good score on a test/exam I'd taken? A new baby in the family? Papa's hardware store's monthly profit? I couldn't think of anything.
"You're in," she said. "There was a call from St Mary's. You got in. The woman asked if this was Daniyal's residence and I replied 'yes' and she said that you've got seats in the Biology and Chemistry classes and that you have to go to school on Saturday to pay the regsitration fee and get your sections."
Ok, so that's a good thing.
But no, I was worried all morning. Worried that my friends wouldn't get in. Abhishek called me later and told me that he is in too. I called Ashani and she's in too. Ashani called Jenny and found out that she hadn't got a call as yet. Ashani and I got pretty worried over that because we want Jenny in! Later Jenny got a call and she called me to tell me that she's in too. Hurrah! Everyone's in!

A while ago, I was chatting with my friend Saqib and he told me that the Ministry of Education has disallowed schools from conducting co-ed classes. No more boys and girls together! Together we can overcome this evil of the opposite sexes studying together that has been implanted into the moldable hearts and minds of our youngsters by the satanic West and the Zionist Entity.

In other news, I found a shipload of pictures of hunky men from the IDF [Israel Defense Forces]. Cute cute cute all over.

In yet other news, my friend Jaffer who was with me in Pure/Applied Math last year just sent me an instant message on MSN saying that he loves my display picture and that he's lonely. Aww. I miss him. He was cute.
