Hmm, to tell you the truth, I don't know. You probably can though as there are no curves. The texures and text should be the same, at least. The only steps that might be different are the selective coloring parts, and even then you can, just with different step names.

Sorry I couldn't help you more--I use Photoshop and occasionally PaintShop Pro.
