The brushes and borders are saved as such: save the pictures onto your harddrive (as regular pngs) and then open them. If you have Photoshop, you'll just go to EDIT>>DEFINE BRUSH. The brush will appear immedately on your brush palate.
The textures are also saved as regular pictures. You just use them like that--simply open them, paste them onto the icon, and change the settings as stated.
I don't know if there's an official way to do it, but I just erase the corners XDDD It's primitive but it works. I'm sure that there are also mask brushes out there if you want to look for em!

Save brushes, boders, and textures. when they're not the apropriate file? i.e the georgeous brush is a Png and brushes are .abr
