Authors Comments:First time i'v written anything and posted it. Thanks to butterfly_z for being soo crazy at 5 in the morning and inspirative!
It was almost like a silent hiss as she slithered and burrowed
through dark alley ways and deserted streets with cracked lamp posts.
The parchment that held what she desired most was wrapped tightly in
slender green fingers. The pink envelope had been in the same place
as always, as Elphaba wound her way back through the maze with it, and
quickly sought refuge from atop her broom. Safely lounging in a
wilsburg tree, she nearly fell off when she realized this time was
different, her goddess had waited until her secret admirer would show,
but Elphaba couldn't bring herself to the point of revelation. She
didn't want to break her heart again, not after the utopia that had
followed four years of games.
