I feel like a complete bitch.
A complete and utter let-down as a friend and person.
So I was planning on attending the barbeque of my friend today. She's had one every year since...oh, I don't know. Forever. And this year most of the normal visitors couldn't make it, so I really wanted to be there for her (every year we're forced to socialise with people we don't know as well and wouldn't want to).
And it turns out that we agreed to go to someone's Araangatram months ago (say, March?). And, instead of starting at 6 like they generally do, this one starts at 4, reception's at 3:30. That means we have to leave 3, and I can't even be there for a few minutes.
Damn.
