United Airlines suffer a
massive customer service fail as they (a) decide that a young woman can't possibly be disabled enough to actually require assistance (b) openly refuse to help her then (c) refuse to apologise for their shit service and tell the woman that she should make "alternative arrangements" if she has the audacity to expect their staff to be polite and helpful. Pass this on to everyone you know, please flist, because this sucks beyond the telling of it.
