How the fuck did the car not feel her????

As Amy posted in her lj we were walking to stewarts and a car ran of snowball!!!!!!!!!  WTF the car was going slow too.  The person should have felt that he/she ran over a cat.  How fucking stupid can someone be to go slow on a side street and not tell that there is a cat in the road that fucking idiot.  If I find the person who did this they are fucking dead.  Luckily Snowball came home at 11:00 last night I brought here in and surprised Amy. Snowball is doing fine she jsut has bad bruising and she should be fine.  Thank the Lord.  But I still don't Understand how a person could run oer  the cat when they are driving slow, feel that it hit an animal and just kept fucking going.  Amy was screaming and everyone in the fucking neighborhood heard her but the fucking car didn't.  Who ever did this is dead.  I will beat the living shit out of that Bastard who doesn't deserve to live.
Well I stayed up till two in the morning with Amy since the Dr. told us to.  And sheis doing fine.  Today me and Amy, took Sarita to the Orientation @ the High.  It was cool.  Now I am home and waiting to be able to take a shower.  God damn gay brothers they take for ever just like girls!!!
