my first roadkill
and it wasn't a cat. or a dog. it was a damn bird. a black bird. it flapped its wings rapidly, just slightly above the road up ahead, and i didn't even think i was gonna hit it coz what the hell, the bird would def fly away right. nope. don't think i'll ever forget that sickening 'Thud'. poor dead bird bird. and poor tainted donut. and poor shocked me drove away with my heart racing.
