the saturday that rocked my world.
For once i skipped the hectic saturday league games by attending the bedok view teacher's car rally at 8am followed by a buffet lunch in the auditorium for teacher's day. it's allllll good especially when i won a corner rack in the lucky draw. rocks! envious stares (or so i would like to think) from commuters on bus 38 left me grinning all the way home with big pink present in my arms. All blacks tri-nations champs! ROCKS!
Just came back from "Marching with the Penguins" and prawning with Dear Daniel, and I am feeling at peace, and contented.
It's been a long while since i hung out with him and isn't it just great when you can talk to friends you haven seen in ages, like you last saw them just yesterday? Icing on the cake is our big haul of 35 prawns in 4 hours! I am a prawning master. ok dan's the real master. but still, I am a prawning master. and it's gonna be drunken butter prawns on the grill later.. woooooooooo yeah!
I just realised it's now 6.25 am. on a normal day, i would be just coming out of toilet and getting changed for a long day at school. BUT NO! I AM GONNA GO SLEEEEEEEP! and that just makes me happy like mad. okbye.
p.s: I have a newfound respect and love for penguins! that's what i call a loooooong-distance relationship.
