I can't stop giving you up...

Friday:
I got up late because my brother turned off my alarm clock, so I was late and there was some mix ups but I eventually got to the Highland Festival Info booth and did my volunteering. There was this old couple that was setting up and I got Leah/Mu_Light to assist me in helping them set up. The wife had gotten out of the hospital recently and her husband didn't look much healthier. It was their first time at the festival. So we helped them and the husband said he had heart problems and he appreciated our help. The he gave us $2 each and said that he was very thankful. I felt very good about myself.

I stayed the night at GG/Punk_pixiegg's house with her mom, her brother Richie/ComicFan_22 and Richie's roomie, Tom. We hung out, went to Meijer's late (I ran into CusCus/lnrentfrow finally!!) and I got to ride in Tom's old 1955 Police Car that he was going to drive in the parade. I went with him to the auto parts store and it was really cool. I went to bed late after playing around with GG's tarot cards. Tom was snoring and then he suddenly says, "I don't want to fight anymore!" It was rather amusing and it also made me jump.

Saturday:
Got up around 8:30. Tom made us breakfast (he was assisted by GG) and it was really good. I showered and then Kyle and GG showered. While they were showering, I watched the very first episode of Charmed. Leah showed up after working a quick shift at Pizza Hut and then Sarah/Stormfaery7 showed up. We parked our cars and walked down to the Alma College Campus to watch the Parade. The parade was cool.

Leah and I had bracelets that allowed us to be able to go into the back portion where all the fun stuff is. So we watched the opening ceremonies, the Mass Bands and then we went to get food at the Volunteers section because some rain clouds were coming. We took out our badges we wore on friday, walked in, fed ourselves and left after the rain was gone. We then went through all the craft stuff. I wanted to see the dancing competitions, so we went back and as we were watching, my left lens pops out of my glasses and lands on the track. Leah and I then take off, get it and went to Wal-Mart to get it fixed. They were fixed and we went to GG's.

Got to GG's and picked her up, went back to the craft part. I wanted to buy a ring this year because they have some really nice ring vendors. This moonstone ring caught my attention (moonstone being one of my favorite stones other than Amethyst, Opal and Aquamarine) so I tried it on and it fit perfectly. I bought it and I'm wearing it where my class ring was (Scott has my class ring on him) because that finger feels naked without something there. It's really pretty. Then we went and watched some more of the dance competitions.

After watching some of that, we went back to GG's so she could have some dinner. We watched I Robot and Pirates of the Carribbean. When the last movie was done, I gathered up my stuff and got ready to take off, said my good-byes and left with Leah. We were both hungry, so we made a quick trip to Tony's restaraunt and ate. Then we both went home.

Today/Sunday:
I fell asleep around 1:40am last night and then mom woke me up at 10am to start doing house and outdoor chores. Omg, it was so annoying, I wanted to sleep in a bit longer (I had my alarm set for noon). I cleaned the house (vacuumed and dusted), washed Tegan (our dog), weed-wacked and loaded the dish washer. We have some BBQ's to go to today so I had to cancel Levi/timmy_hoho's visit and reschedule for next sunday (a less busier week-end).

So that was my week-end pretty much. Tomorrow I have to write up my biology lab report that is due on tuesday. We have no lab this tuesday, so the class will be shorter (yay!) and then we have a lab quiz on thursday over all the labs we've done so far (ugh). I still haven't heard from them if I got accepted or not into their cosmetology program.

Mom informed me today that we're getting this old mare for free because the owners don't have enough room for her. Mom says she's real calm and easy going, so she thinks it'll be a fun trail horse for me to ride. I guess I can take up some riding here and there. Her name is Emmy and she's 22 years old, lmao.
My phone charger is at GG's still, I also discovered that today and I will have to get that on monday probably. Mom said she's going into town that day and I can go with her and we'll stop by to get it

Well, I just got off the phone with Levi and I need to get in the shower.
Peace Out,
~Jas
