Merry Meet everyone..

I am looking for some advice, I want to connect with the elements, and get to know the elementals, and am at a bit of a loss, on how to start.
The obvious things to me, to get to know the elements, is spend some time with them, for example earth, spend time with the earth feeling the earth, grounding.

But I was wondering if anyone else had any suggestions...
